No Returns Accepted: Due to the nature of our products and the importance of maintaining food safety and hygiene standards, we do not accept returns on any meals, ingredients, or products once they have been delivered to your designated address. We prioritize your health and well-being, and returning food items could potentially compromise their safety and quality.

2. Quality Assurance: We take every measure to ensure that our meals are prepared using the freshest ingredients and adhere to the highest quality standards. Our chefs and culinary team work diligently to provide you with a delightful dining experience. In the unlikely event that you receive a meal that does not meet your expectations or if you encounter any issues with your order, please contact our customer support team within 24 hours of receiving your delivery. We will promptly address your concerns and work towards a satisfactory resolution.

3. Accurate Orders: Before finalizing your order, please review your selections, delivery address, and any special instructions carefully. It is essential to provide accurate and up-to-date information to ensure a successful delivery. We cannot be held responsible for issues arising from incorrect information provided during the ordering process.

4. Cancellation Policy: Cancelation requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis do due the nature of our product and services. If a cancellation request is made after the processing of orders, customers are responsible for the payment of restocking fees and credit card processing fees. These fees will be automatically deducted from the refund amount. Please note that refunds will not be accepted for delivered meals, as services have already been rendered. Your understanding and cooperation in complying with this policy is appreciated.
