Menu for a delivery Tuesday March 30th

. Hawaiian marinated huli-huli chicken with charred broccoli, and pineapple, served over sesame infused jasmine  rice .

(Huli means “turn”... if you’re wondering)


. Open faced habanero pork tamale , with charred peppers and onion, stuffed into masa cakes , topped with chile  infused “queso” and  citrus pickled red onions. (It won’t be too spicy, I promise)

. Slow cooked beef and pork bolognese, with fall vegetable mirepoix , baby spinach, caramelized mushrooms for that good umami, over gluten-free vermicelli noodles in a light toasted garlic tomato sauce .
