How is it almost June already?? Summer is officially almost here and we have some tasty summery traditional, and untraditional eats for you on the way. Thai chicken and bean thread salad is one of my all time favorites to eat on a hot day. I’m definitely not a “salad” guy but this is anything but basic. Greens are just a small ingredient in this hefty meal that’s bursting with all the flavors .
