Summer’s in full swing and the central coast is looking like a solid 72-78 all next week ☀️😎(sorry north county, this does not include you ☹️) That being said we have some dishes that will be beautiful any time of the day . As seasonal as I like to keep our dishes (especially using vegetables in season) it’s not unlike me to throw a braised dish in there regardless of the weather .
