We are SO back with a new menu to kick the year off right. No more starving or living off “crackers and tuna” as a client told me last night 🥲. We’ve got your entire week planned out and ready for you and the whole family!

As we reflect on the years and most of all last year, I’m inspired by where we fell short. What could we have improved on? Where could I have had more patience? When could I have been more understanding and not so “matter of fact” logical? This applies to work and every aspect of our lives . Each day is a learning curve and at times we must course correct to make improvements . We are always striving to bring you the highest quality product available that’s made with knowledge, passion and most of all love .
In another lifetime when i worked at Villa Creek in Paso Robles (RIP), my chef told me “Create every dish as if your mother was here seated at the restaurant, and you were cooking, plating, and serving her the food”.
That stuck with me and since has been a reminder to put every bit of passion you have into your work.
