Menu for a delivery Tuesday April 23rd

For this menu we honor our late talented chef and friend Kenny Bigwood, by using his Thai chicken meatball recipe on the 2nd year of his passing. I think he would always want to be remembered by his food, and extremely offensive humor . Kenny once said “I don’t feel bad about anything I say, as long as I find find it funny”. At times comedy can be offensive, but is usually thought provoking and grounded in truth . Just because you don’t like it, doesn’t mean it’s wrong. That’s where Kenny stood. Somewhere between elegant dishes, and scoffing at him because he points out your flaws . We love him for it though, and we miss him deeply. Here’s to you chef, as someone once said “my your balls live forever, on paper, and on someone’s plate”. We’re referring to the Thai chicken meatballs of course . We love and miss you Bigwood. He kitchen will never be the same without you. And I can already hear you saying “cry about it why don’t you”. 😅
